Hey Kevin, You could use PLR articles, but to get the best results I would suggest you write your own articles and depending on your niche use the related keywords in them. Thats the best way. But make sure you dont over use them in your articles.

Great list of keywords. How did you arrive at the values, personal experience, Google or what? These are all highly researched keywords. It may be tough to win the keyword, but the long tail should bring some traffic. Long tail tends to be more targeted in my experience. This should help the bottom line,
