Valued Opinions – Legitimate Free paid Survey Site Or Scam
Is Valued Opinions a legitimate paid survey site or is it just another online survey scam? Can you really get paid for doing online surveys for Valued Opinions? If so, how much money can you make taking online surveys?….
Doing Online Surveys
When it comes to paid surveys and making money doing online surveys, You have to be careful. Online survey scams have been around for a long time and will be around for a long time. But, despite countless number of online survey scams, there are many real and legitimate free paid surveys sites who will pay you for taking online surveys. One such a free and legitimate paid surveys site is Valued Opinions.

Valued Opinions is a legitimate paid surveys company
Valued Opinions is owned by Research Now Ltd., which is one of the leading online research companies out there. Research Now basically works with research agencies and product manufacturers and companies helping them with research products that will help them understand their consumers needs and also get their feedback on their products.
How does Valued Opinions work
As a member of the Valued Opinions panel, you receive invitations to online surveys, which if you qualify for and complete them, you will be rewarded for your efforts. Most surveys take anywhere from 5 to 30 minuets or so to complete and pay on average about $2. There are time when you will receive invitation to special surveys which pay up to $50 for a 45 minutes survey.
Of course the amount of money you receive for each survey depend on the length and importance of the survey, but no matter what, the value of the rewards will be stated in the (email) survey invitation you receive.
When you reach $20, which is the minimum required for cash out, you can request a prize, which are in the form of $20 gift cards for verity of stores like Amazon.com. The payout is extremely fast (in the case of online gift certificates), in most cases you will receive your gift certificate details via email in few minuets.
As most of you know, I have been involved with paid surveys for a long time, and since the first day of joining Valued Opinions, I loved it. They send a lot of survey invitation, they pay handsomely for each survey, and the pay out is extremely fast camper to other legitimate paid surveys sites. On top of all of that, Valued Opinions is also a member of BBB, which is a great indicator that Valued Opinions is a legitimate online survey company, and not just another online survey scam. So, if you want to earn money for surveys, and are looking for legitimate paid survey sites, register with Valued Opinions for free and start getting paid for your opinions.

Hi,
I would like to join a genuine survey site, which pays, and I also want to know those sites and since I am from India, I should be eligible to participate in those surveys, also since I do not have any sort of cards to get registered. i.e I don’t even have paypal account. So Please let me know which site is genuine and how I can get registered.

are these sites really legitimate?
and which are the good sites that work well in India. most of them seem to offer surveys for US, Europe and Canada.
its so difficult to pick out the legitimate ones.
I am also a little skepticle about joining them cause they all want personal information like your home address etc…
so are they really safe

Yes they are all legitimate and the reason the ask for home address, name and etc is because surveys are conducted for companies and manufactures, so most surveys are based on locations, age and other criteria which helps the companies improve their products for that specific market or what have you.
Yes, sadly most surveys sites only accept members from us and a few other countries. However, there are a few sites like globaltestmarket that do accept international members. Hope this helps.

I have one question, do you need a credit card to get the Amazon giftcards?

Andrew,
No you don’t need credit card to get the Amazon gift card. When you request a cash-out, your gift card detail will be send to your email immediately. Its like a virtual gift card. You simply use your gift card’s number (just like you would use a credit card online) to shop on amazon.com.

Valued Opinions was a great site and surveys there are plentiful. They have dissapointed me much though since they quit offering pre-paid visa cards. I don’t know about the rest of you, but having only a small handful of cash out options with companies I NEVER use is of no value to me so I quit until they figure out how to write cash checks or re-institute a pre-paid card.
I’d rate Valued Opinons a D- right now, formerly, I’d have given them a B+.

Rolly,
I 100% agree with you. I dont know why valued opinions quite doing that. Although, I have always redeemed my money for Amazon.com gift-certificates. Why dont you do that as well? I mean, you can buy anything on Amazon.com. Anything that you can buy with the pre paid card can be bought with Amazon GC on Amazon.com.

Stay clear of Valued opinions. I have had enough of this scam. So often they ask you loads of questions including half their survey before you are screened out. The reason given is that they have reached the target number of responses for the survey.
C;early this is a cheating way to make money out of people. DON’T DO THEIR SURVEYS.

Mike,
I have experienced the same things, and initially I thought of it the same way as you do now. I would get mad, I would start the survey, and 10 minuets into it, when I thought I was almost done with the survey, it would tell me “you are not qualified”. But, I have been doing paid surveys for years now, and I can say that qualifying questioner is a part of every survey. I understand that most surveys ask a few questions to determine your qualifications, and I know that VO sometimes it feels like you take a whole 10 minutes surveys, and all of a sudden they tell you you are not qualified. It makes you angry, but I really dont think they are cheating. I just think they have more tricked rules and clients who want to make sure that survey takers are really qualified (down to the smallest details) to take the survey.
I am not defending the way they do this, I think its kind of wrong that they take 10 minuets of your time just to tell you you dont qualify. But, again I have been a member for years and I have been paid each and every time. So, thats why I know Valued Opinion is a legitimate paid survey site.

I must admit I prefer the sites that pay cash as I’m trying to save and invest as much as possible right now. I’ve still got to shop too, though, so I do use Valued Opinions. I think it’s the best gift card paying survey site in terms of the number of surveys it sends out and how well it pays. The only thing slightly annoying about them is that every so often they run out of Amazon GCs and you have to wait a while for that redemption method to be restored. That’s something to be aware of if you’re planning on using your GCs to go Christmas shopping! Request them in advance of the time you plan to use them.

Good point bryan about the GCs running out. I actually did encounter the problem long ago. So I had to wait for it to be back. But all and all I agree that valued opinions is the best paid survey sites when it comes to getting giftcards since it send out a lot of survey invitations.

Well Elliot, paid surveys and ad sense are totally different methods of making money online. Of course if you have your own website or blog it makes sense to use programs like ad sense to make money with your site. But since not everybody has a website of their own, paid surveys offer a simpler way to make money, although you might make much less money with paid surveys than ad sense. But again it all depends on each persons willingness to work hard to make the money.

Alot of people join one paid survey panel and expect to make thousands instantly. This is unrealistic. Ask anyone who regurlarly takes paid surveys and they will all say the same thing, “The key to making money with paid surveys is being a member of as many paid survey panels as possible”. If you are not willing to put in the time and effort it takes to become successful as a paid survey panelist you probably do not have the drive it takes to work for yourself at all.

I totally agree with you Win, thats one of the things I always try to write about on my blog when it comes to paid surveys. You are absolutely right, the more paid survey sites you join, the more money you can make, but even with tens of survey sites memberships, its not realistic to think that one can make thousands of dollars every month, non the less you can make a few hundred dollars or more every month if you out enough time and effort into it.
