Write a blog about a specific niche that you know alot about and run CJ ads. I started doing this about 18 months ago and am currently up to over $600 per month in income w/o having to do additional work. Also I haven’t been all that diligent about writing articles. Just some here and there.

I think blogging is a great way to make money online, blogs are easy to update, very popular to read and the search engines love them. I’m making $100 per month on a blog that I update once every two weeks. I’d recommend WordPress as I think that’s the best for SEO.

Steve, Thank you for your comment. I completely agree with you. Blogs are much easier to update and monetize. And i would also recommend using wordpress as a blogging platform. It is so easy to use wordpress and there are hunderds of free plug-ins and application that you can use to do almost anything on your blog.
In the past I have tried writing for Associated Content. It is a revenue sharing site. I have to say that I was far from pleased with the service. I created around 5 articles and in the course of three weeks, I was able to earn just around 10$. As I see it, blog writing is the best opportunity to make money writing.

Daniel, I agree with you about associated content. But, the way you make real money with associated content is to write exclusive content for them which gets you upfront pay (range from few dollars to up to $40 or so per article). keep in mind that if you are doing article marketing as a part of your campaign to promote your blog, website or product, its a good way to get some exposure, quality backlinks, targeted traffic and on the side a little money.
If you’re going to write for revenue sharing sites, I would have to recommend Infobarrel, Hubpages, and Bukisa as the best ones out there.

Anna, thanks for your suggestions. Yes, bukisa, infobarrel and hubpages are great revenue sharing sites for writes. I specially love Bukisa and have about 50 article published there a long time ago, that still bring me some money.
A friend of mine has had some success with elance. He writes and does telemarketing.
